We found out that the rapper and television presenter, Molemo “Jub Jub” Maarohanye, was charged with rape, assault, and attempted murder on Thursday. Maarohanye appeared in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on Thursday afternoon after he handed himself over to police earlier in the day. Gauteng’s police spokesperson, Lieutenant-Colonel Mavela Masondo, said Maarohanye had been processed at the Brixton police station.
